About Hayford Budu-Darko

Hayford Budu-Darko is the main brain behind webnation Africa. As a young and promising person in the world of content creating, he started Webnation Africa in the year 2017 to broadcast Africa and to change the negative narrative about Africa. Webnation seeks to portray Africa as it really is.

On his educational journey, he attended Aburi Presby Senior High School from 2010-2013 in Ghana. He pursued Bachelor of Information Technology in India from 2014-2017. In 2017, moved to China to study mechanical engineering in Shenyang Institute of Engineering.

After sometime Hayford changed course to work and follow his passion of making documentaries and promotional pieces of Africa. He was inspired to work with film when he travelled to India and China. During his stay in these countries, he realized people have been misinformed about Africa. This motivated him to bring Webnation Africa into being. His main aim of establishing Webnation Africa is to correct the misinformation created by the western media on Africa.
